Where are GoSili products manufactured and what materials are used?

What should I do if the silicone sippy cup lids seem blocked?

Silicone sippy cup lids can sometimes appear blocked. The trick is to gently pull on the sides of the lid. This action should reveal the opening, making it functional. Simply give it that initial pull, and you should find that it works well.

What can I do if my silicone products develop an oily residue or mold?

If you find an oily residue on silicone products, consider the possibility that the items may be defective. Contact us for possible replacements. For mold, traditional cleaning methods can be supplemented by soaking the items in a solution of baking

What are the dimensions of your tumbler cups?

We offer two sizes of tumbler cups. Our 16oz tumbler is approximately 6 inches tall and has a width of 3 inches. The 24oz tumbler shares the same width but stands at around 8 inches tall.

Can I put the metal case of the straw in the dish dryer?

We do not recommend placing the metal straw case in the dish dryer. To ensure the longevity of the product, it is advisable to towel dry or let it air dry instead.

Will using a straw brush damage the straw?

No, using a straw brush will not damage the straw. It is an effective way to keep your straw clean and well-maintained.

Is it safe to use GoSili cups in the microwave?

Yes, GoSili cups are safe for microwave use. The circular shape of the metal component is designed to prevent sparks and any damage to your microwave.

Are My GoSili Products Dishwasher Safe?

Yes! Every GoSili product is dishwasher safe on both the top and bottom rack. We recommend GoSili cup tops and lids to go on the top rack of the dishwasher to ensure they do not fall to the bottom. If you have an OH Cup Lid, we recommend turning it i
